Payments
We receive payments by online bank transfers, wire bank transfers and credit cards.
Payments onboard can be made by credit card or cash (USD, EUR, AUD or IDR).
To secure booking a payment of 30% of the total amount is requested. Balance payment is required at least 60 days before departure. To discuss different payment options, please contact us.
Obligatory surcharges such as port & park entry fees and fuel surcharge will be added to your invoice. We can also help you arrange the booking of your domestic flights at cost price.
Payment options for Calico Jack Liveaboard Cruise
It is easy to pay by online banking to any of two accounts – EUR or USD. Calico Jack holds accounts in Europe, USA and Indonesia making it easy to receive payments from anywhere around the world.
You can also pay by credit card. The 3% surcharge will be applied.
Cancellation
Should the Charterer cancel the cruise, no deposit will be returned.
Should the Charterer cancel the cruise 60 days before the cruise begins, 70% of the final payment will be refunded.
Should the Charterer cancel the cruise less than 60 days before the cruise begins, no refund will be done.
If the Owner cancels, the Owner shall reimburse the Charterer for all deposits paid as of the cancellation date.
No deposit will be returned if the cancellation is made due to a force major or any natural or technogenic nature.
Cancellations by the Owner or Charterer must be in writing and acknowledged by both parties.

Very few Indonesian Banks accept online payments from overseas, but it is very handy for transactions within the country.
Transfer to our EUR or USD Account can be done using Wise.com payment system (https://wise.com).
We also receive credit card payments. Up to 3% surcharge will be applied.
If you pay in USD or IDR, please follow the currency exchange rate for the day of the transfer.
